How do engagements start?

How do we pay you?
USD invoices, settled by US ACH or bank wire.
Do you sign tax filings?
No. We deliver tax-ready books and work alongside your CPA — they sign, we make sure there's nothing to argue about first.
What access do you need?
Accountant or read-only access to QuickBooks Online or Xero. We ask for the least access that lets us do the work.
What about time zones?
We keep a daily overlap with US and UK working hours. The Friday status email means you're never waiting on a time zone to find out where things stand.
