These cover this website. The actual work is governed by a signed engagement letter — this page never overrides it.
This site is information, not an offer
Everything here describes services we offer and prices we publish. Nothing on this site forms a contract. An engagement begins only when we've both signed an engagement letter setting out scope, fee, and terms.
Published rates
The rates on our services page cover working sessions and training, and are current at the time of publication. Every other service is scoped per engagement and quoted fixed in writing before work starts. We may change published rates; a quote we've given you in writing is the one that binds us.
Specimen documents
Documents on this site marked SPECIMEN — illustrative data contain invented figures for a fictional company. They demonstrate the format and standard of our work product. They are not real client data, not real financial statements, and must not be relied on for anything.
We don't sign tax filings
Nothing on this site is tax, legal, audit, or investment advice. We prepare tax-ready books and work with your CPA or tax adviser, who signs the filings. If you need advice we're not licensed to give, we'll tell you so rather than improvise.
BuildDatum
BuildDatum is in private preview and has no public signup. Anything described on its page reflects the product as it stands and may change. Access is granted at our discretion and under separate terms.
Our material
The text, design, logo, and specimen documents on this site belong to VERDATIA (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Quote us with attribution; don't pass our work off as yours. Pay applications shown here are our own G702-style typesetting — the AIA G702 and G703 forms are AIA's, and we don't reproduce them.
Links out
We link to third parties (LinkedIn, Facebook, Formspree, Google Fonts). We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the company is registered. An engagement letter may specify different law for that engagement; where it does, the engagement letter wins.
